Rumors still remain rumors, but that doesn’t keep this one from flying around: Apple is rumored to have completed its cloud-based iTunes music streaming service, enabling users to store their music in the cloud and access it through any Internet-connected device.

According to the rumor, Apple will launch this service fairly soon, ahead of rival Google, who has yet to start its work on streaming music. It is said that Apple will allow its customers to store music onto a remote server of Apple’s and access it whenever and wherever. Currently, it doesn’t have any new licensing agreements with the recording industry. Music labels, though, still want to ink deals with Apple before the service is to launch.

Google has run into problems with record labels. It keeps changing its proposals and frustrating to-be partners.
