Seems like Sony will be getting two new cameras to its name. While the company has yet to make an official announcement on the two cameras, it seems that more details surrounding the NEX C3 and a35 were found. It’s rumored that currently, the NEX C3 has a price tag of $600 and the a35 will be $700. Specs of both cameras follow:

Sony NEX C3 specifications

  • Brand new 16.2 MP Exmor sensor
  • HD video recording (1280×720)
  • ISO range: 200-12800
  • New menu interface
  • New picture effects
  • 25 AF points
  • 1/4000 top shutter speed
  • 3″ LCD screen (921k dots)
  • Built-in HDR functionality
  • Face detection
  • Improved battery life

    • Sony a35 specifications

  • Brand new 16MP CMOS Exmor sensor
  • Full 1080 HD video (1920 x 1080) in AVCHD format
  • ISO range: 100-12800
  • New tele-zoom high speed shooting mode with continuous AF
  • New picture effects
  • 3D sweep panorama
  • 7 fps
  • 15 AF points
  • Built-in HDR functionality
  • 100% finder coverage
