Nokia has teamed up with Microsoft to develop a Windows Phone 7.5 and its device, the Sea Ray, has been spotted running WP 7.5.

The phone allegedly has gorilla glass, pillow shaped backing and 8MP camera. And with the announcement of the annual Nokia World conference on October 26-27 in London, we might very well see this phone be released, just in time for the holidays.
