If it’s true, it will happen sometime in October but either way, it’s not something AT&T users will appreciate.

Specifics have not been stated because it is just a rumor at this time, but AT&T is considering doing what Verizon has done. It is going to slow down the internet for the top 5% heaviest network users which could backfire on those with limited plans if AT&T enacts this plan on ALL top users, not just those with unlimited plans.

If you pay for everything you use and your carrier decides to slow down your internet because you use a lot, that is complete bull. If this does go through, Sprint will be the only carrier with true unlimited plans.
