If you’re one of those people who likes taking pictures with your phones or talking on the phone during a meal, then you best not go to this restaurant. DC eatery Rogue24 has now enacted a cellphone contract that you must sign before you dine in the restaurant.

During meals, customers are forbidden to use phones or cameras. Which is kinda not cool because let’s face it - we like to take pictures of our food, especially when it looks nice. Least, I know I do. And without it, how can I show my family and friends that the food’s yummy? The restaurant could rely on word by mouth but that is so 20th century. And what if you want to make a memory with friends and family for special occasions?

I find the contract to be a bit tasteless. Sure, I don’t want to be distracted by the flashing lights but what about those customers sitting in the corner and talking really loudly? They disturb my meal even more.

I suppose I’ll never go to Rogue24. I actually don’t even really know where it is.
