Though most of the mobile world has moved its focus to slate-type phones, Japanese mobile carrier SoftBank has rolled out this Hello Kitty-branded 007SH KT, sporting a very classic clamshell model.
Though a bit dated for its design, it has a lot of impressive features, such as:
- Android 2.3
- 3.4-inch LCD touchscreen with 854×480 resolution
- 0.7-inch OLED sub-display
- waterproof body
- 16MP CCD camera with 1,280×720 HD video recording
- IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi
- Bluetooth 3.0+EDR
- Digital TV tuner
- E-wallet function
…among a whole lot more.
As a bonus, HK fans will be delighted because SoftBank will be throwing in Hello Kitty themed menus and screens, special mail icons, Hello Kitty calculator app, Hello Kitty alarm clock, pretty much everything they can stick this cute kitty on.
Plans are set for the phone to ship starting next month in Japan.
