So scientists are now able to read your brain activity through the new measuring technology, the “fMRI” (Functional magnetic resonance imaging). Now before I give you anything, check the description out:
The left clip is a segment of the movie that the subject viewed while in the magnet. The right clip shows the reconstruction of this movie from brain activity measured using fMRI. The reconstruction was obtained using only each subject’s brain activity and a library of 18 million seconds of random YouTube video that did not include the movies used as stimuli. Brain activity was sampled every one second, and each one-second section of the viewed movie was reconstructed separately.
…It’s a pretty hard science talk with some pretty big words and some pretty complicated stuff. But basically, it’s saying that the scientists can now read what your brain is receiving and reconstructioning the scenes. And they can figure out what your eyes see and what your brain sees.
I don’t really know why this is developed, but it is. Perhaps one day we’ll actually need scientists getting into our heads. Check the video out in the meantime.

Wow I’m kind of scared. What if this is further developed to insert ideas into it? Brainwashed much

This is interesting and kind of creepy. Is it accurate? Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, is it accurate though? But still thinking that it’s kinda creepy.
