For those that go onto YouTube with mobile devices, you may have noticed that there is a manual opt-in to use the experimental mobile layout. YouTube Mobile’s new layout that contrasts black and white. It also has updated buttons as well as a new toolbar that allows you to toggle on and off HQ/HD videos, thumbs up/down comments, and share the videos.
