Apparently the umbrellas we have these days just aren’t fashionable enough that designer Athanasia Leivaditou has decided to create a raincoat with an umbrella as hoody.

Why yes, umbrellas are such a waste of hands. So why hold one? Now, with the new design, you can “wear” your umbrella like one of those Frill-necked Lizards, easy and convenient.

Is it going to be a trend? Personally, I don’t think so, unless Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber both become crazy over them, then maybe. I mean, you gotta beware of those strong winds that may wreck your umbrella hood the way it wrecks normal umbrellas.

Plus, just imagine what would happen when the sun comes out after the rain. Are you going to continue to be a black lizard under the bright sun?

I know I’m not.

haha it will be so weird to look like that when the sun is out and the rain is over ..
i don’t think i will be trying this one .. it’s too weird for me :D ~
beside it rarely rains so much over here anyway .. so nothing i would worry about so much ~
but i gotta admit the idea is pretty creative as a start . needs just a few adjustment and it will be so cool :D ~

I just don’t use umbrellas at all.... My normal-sized hood works fine for me ^^ I have waterproof jackets, so I don’t worry about getting soaked/sick.
