Kindle e-readers have experienced the best holiday season ever, according to Amazon. No specific sales figures have been spoken of yet, but some information has leaked out. Over 1 million Kindle devices were sold by Amazon in every week of December.

Kindle products were also the hottest selling products on Amazon’s sight throughout the holiday season. Kindle Fire, a new tablet of Amazon’s, was the number product on the sight, with the Kindle Touch and regular Kindle followed shortly behind.

Among Amazon’s entire stock of products, the Kindle Fire has also been the best selling, most gifted and most wished for product.

wow thats a large amount of kindles :D! its probably for the holidays and stuff ^^ i wonder if it will continue to expand!
