Well, today’s latest gadget news brought a smile to many faces, when the new purple and magenta models were introduced. Microsoft added these new colors to appeal to different users, with the already existing colors, available in platinum, black, green, red and blue. We’ve all heard of wearing your heart on your sleeve, but how about wearing a phrase on your wrist? Check out the Sound Advice Project, where parents can forever immortalize their words of wisdom in bracelet form. Here’s the skinny: The parent records a voice clip of advice they would like their child to remember, and the shape of the resulting audio clip’s waveform is then used as a 3D model to create said bracelet. Poor Japan. While some of you are jumping for joy for the new DSi colors, they’re actually quite fugly.
