Michael Arrington, the man behind the TechCrunch websites, has come out with a web tablet and plans to unveil it in either July or August and will be available soon after for under $300.
Arrington is a former tech blogger that created the network of “Crunch” sites and now has created a separate company, CrunchPad to release the upcoming 12-inch web tablet. The atom powered touchscreen device will not have the ability to download any files or applications. It’s strictly a device that powers up right into the browser but does have the ability to connect to computers through USB and download files. More »
