Rumor has it that Google Voice will give receiving a new layout makeover in the likeness of the layout that both Gmail and Google Calendar received. And it seems like all of Google’s products and services will receive this new design. But unfortunately, while Gmail and Calendar users could opt of this new design, it seems you can go back to the old design with Google Voice. Shame. More »

It was not long ago that Google had teamed up with Sprint’s network to launch the Google Voice services but according to online reports, the service is not working well. Spring representatives are redirecting all Google Voice queries to the Google Voice forum which isn’t much help. Sprint and Google have recently come together to enhance Google Voice: direct carrier integration. They’ve come up with a deal where in current Sprint users are now able to assign their existing mobile number as their Google Voice number, without an trouble or issues. In addition, Google Voice will be replacing Sprint’s current voice message system. Prior to the update, Google Voice users would call a Google Voice server that would connect the call via a Google access number. Now, with the update, each person you call is assigned their own unique phone number.
