Wish the Nintendo Power Glove stuck around? Into Warcraft III: DotA? Then do I got a treat for you! Taken directly from their website, The Peregrine is “Simpler, faster, and deadlier than any gaming keyboard. Ditch the keys. Own the glove. Most of the time these contraptions become pieces of fanboy high art, being much too bulky for logical usage. With the iPad, Apple has simplified our vision and gathered support from many developers. I have sat back and watched the Console Wars go on for quite a long time. Not just the nextgen Console Wars but wars that erupted ever since there became more than one system on the scene. Fanboys and Fangirls might be offended by this article because I won’t be giving their specific system of choice the tender loving care it deserves. What I’m going to do is try to open everyone’s eyes to something I discovered a long time ago. More »

Today’s monumental failure strikes to the core of my heart because, to this day, it remains one of the most expensive items that my parents have ever purchased for me. Released in 1993 and far, far technologically ahead of its console gaming competitors Nintendo and SEGA, Panasonic’s 3DO was an epic fail the likes of which only Apple’s Pippen and Atari’s Jaguar (which was all smoke and mirrors) would subsequently surpass in failure.
