Don’t ever tell Sophia Frost of Rayleigh, Essex, that gadgets can’t save lives. That’s because her iPod saved her from being struck by lightning.
The lightning bolt went through her earphones into her iPod instead of hitting her. She did pass out and suffered burns on her body but was not severely injured or worse, killed. More »
