From Htcyou: You could probably guess why…but it’s pretty obvious that when ASUS was naming their Transformer Prime tablets, they most likely knew that the association to the popular toy would be made. So it’s no surprise that Hasbro, the original creator of the transforming toys, wasn’t too happy to hear this and is now suing the electronics manufacturer over the name.
