TV maker Vizio has recently announced that it will jump into the PC market by introducing its new line of all-in-one desktops and thin notebook PCs at the upcoming CES 2012. Perhaps inspired by Apple, the all-in-one desktop has the computer incorporated in its base, which comes with a 24-inch or 27-inch display, while the notebooks will come in a 14-inch and two 15.6-inch varieties. Samsung ads are eveywhere, and there’s a reason for it. That’s because they recently beat out Vizio as the number one LCD seller in the country. Vizio, the previous number one LCD seller once came to fame when it became an official sponsor of the MLB. For the last couple years, Samsung and Vizio have been going at it, trying to see who could come with a TV with the sharpest, thinnest, and feature packed screen and that earned them the top two spots in the market. This is what the new Vizio remote control looks like. By the looks of things, it’s an oversized smartphone without the screen. This is what technology has come to, our remote controls now have QWERTY keyboards. Of course this is necessary since the Vizio TV’s are going to be internet ready. Can’t browse the internet applications without a keyboard right?
